We work closely with clients to ensure solutions meet expectations. If you need to adjust or cancel an engagement, contact your account lead.

Cancellation policy

Engagements can be paused or cancelled with 14 days written notice. Work completed to date will be invoiced.

Refunds

For prepaid services, unused hours are credited toward future engagements or refunded within 10 business days.
